Learn the basic fundamentals of posing
Here I will teach all mandatory poses along with morning routine presentations.
This is not a one size fits all!
Each body is conditioned differently, so you need to be sure each pose is practiced fitting and show casing your physique at its absolute best angles!

Not sure you're on the right track or training the right way? This customized training program will be based on your schedule and how many days you are going to work out. It will include specific exercises, rest, sets and reps to complete. Along with a cardio program depending on personal goals. Your nutrition will be structured the same way, depending on job and daily activity levels. No diet is the same, nobody is the same!
