    MONDAY - CHEST

    TUESDAY - BACK

    WEDNESDAY - ARMS

    THURSDAY - LEGS

    FRIDAY - SHOULDERS

    SATURDAY - REST

    SUNDAY - LEGS


    I train six days a week - One body part a day I train heavy all the time - On season and Off Lifting heavy keeps me motivated and focused, although I like to pick up intensity to switch things up a bit from time to time! This helps to switch the routine up, and always remember to change exercises!! Your body will get used to the same routine which will cause you to hit a plateau for results!
